Snow Fungus is a parasitic fungus that typically grows on other fungi, particularly species of the genus Annulohypoxylon, which inhabit decaying branches of broadleaf trees.


MycoNutri™ Snow Fungus is a pure hot-water extract (8-10:1) of Tremella fuciformis fruiting bodies, known for their naturally occurring glucomannan polysaccharides.


MycoNutri™ Snow Fungus is produced using a natural, non-enzymatic extraction process, preserving the mushroom’s original molecular complexity and natural balance, by using hot-water extraction followed by vacuum concentration and spray-drying. The final extract contains more than 30% glucomannan polysaccharides.
