Oyster Mushroom is a widely cultivated edible fungus that thrives on decaying hardwood in temperate and subtropical climates. Valued for its rich nutritional profile, it is easily grown on cellulose-rich substrates and has been studied for a variety of benefits.


Now produced using 50% high-concentration hot water extract (6-7:1) & 50% full-spectrum hot-water extract both from fruiting body providing a naturally higher level of beta-glucans and dietary fibre derived from the mushroom itself.
