Wood Ear

Japanese Name - Kikurage Chinese Name - Mu Er / Wood Ear English Name - Jews Ear / Judas’ Ear Both A. auricula and A. polytricha are considered as species of Wood Ear in Chinese medicine and today are used interchangeably.
