Pure Health Organics' full-spectrum Sun Agaric is grown in the US and contains both the mycelium and young fruiting body of Agaricus brasiliensis (formerly Agaricus blazei) cultivated into a biomass on edible, grain-based substrate.
Growing conditions are optimized to ensure maximum substrate conversion and highest levels of active metabolites. The finished material is then heat-treated to significantly increase their bio-availability.
This format captures the full range of metabolites produced by the mushroom, including enzymes and extra-cellular polysaccharides, as well as substrate breakdown products (arabinoxylans etc.) and cell wall components (beta-glucans, proteoglycans and related heteropolysaccharides) while ensuring freedom from contamination.
